Hi, I’m Meg.
Nice to meet you!
I'm a photographer and videographer and live just outside of Norwich, Norfolk with my partner of seven years.
My home videos and photos are my most treasured belongings. Being able to hear familiar voices, see loved ones, and relive moments that would have otherwise been forgotten showed me just how powerful a camera can be, and that love of storytelling has stayed with me.
That's a big part of why I love what I do. I create wedding films and photography that feel true to the people in them. No copy-and-paste approach, no trying to make your day fit a trend, just honest, thoughtful storytelling that's personal to you.
Every couple has their own story, and my goal is to capture it honestly, naturally, and in a way that you'll treasure for a lifetime.
We've recently returned from six incredible months travelling around South East Asia and Japan. It was everything we hoped it would be (and more!), and now we're already dreaming up the next big adventure. South America is firmly at the top of the list!
I studied Film Production at university, in 2021 I graduated with a First, and I've worked in photography and videography ever since.
A little get to know me…
I love supporting small businesses, wandering around art galleries, spending time outdoors (especially if there's a forest involved), and getting lost in a good book. I'm a huge fan of arts and crafts too, especially journaling and scrapbooking. I love collecting little memories from our travels and turning them into something tangible. Inspiration, for me, comes from the real world far more than scrolling on a screen.
I'm also a massive film lover. Anything shot by Damien Chazelle immediately has my attention, and my Spotify playlists are so eclectic that people often think I've accidentally skipped to someone else's music halfway through. Lately, Noah Kahan has been on repeat but so has Michael Jackson (it’s a real mix!).
If we have a call, there's a very good chance I'll have a matcha at hand. I became slightly obsessed while travelling in Japan and have since created a little matcha corner at home, complete with all the gadgets and goodies. It's become a bit of a ritual now, so don't be surprised if one joins us on our chat.
When I’m not working, I'm usually still creating. Photography and videography have never really been something I switch off from, so even on holiday you'll probably find me documenting our travels, chasing good light, or putting together little films from our adventures.
If I'm not behind a camera, you'll either find me curled up on the sofa watching Parks and Recreation, Friends, Breaking Bad or Severance... or out exploring Norfolk, hunting down the best coffee shops, foodie spots and hidden gems.
Seeking people who want to have fun
You don’t take yourselves too seriously. You can laugh at yourselves, laugh at each other, and probably end up laughing when things don’t quite go to plan.
You love getting outside, going for walks, exploring somewhere new, travelling whenever you can, and generally making the most of your time together. You’re animal people, adventure people, or just people who’d rather be doing something than sitting perfectly still and smiling at a camera.
Maybe having your photo taken isn’t exactly your favourite thing in the world… but you do love having photographs that feel like you. The messy, funny, affectionate, completely ordinary moments that you’ll want to remember years from now.
You want your wedding photos to feel less like a photoshoot and more like you two having the best time together.
If that sounds like you, we’ll probably get on very well.
And if you’re also happy to tolerate my excessive use of the word “cuuuuuute”...
We might get along!
